Ebumnandini is a youth culture agency founded to support creative innovation in South Africa – primarily through events and nightlife. The platform was created in 2018 as a response to the decreasing support for local musicians across South Africa brought about by the closing of venues and festivals. Following the closing of prominent venues, the local alternative nightlife and live music scenes in major cities like Cape Town and Johannesburg began to grow stagnant.

Beginning their Johannesburg stint in 2019, the collective quickly gained traction for its innovative approach to marketing, eclectic line up selections and its fashion forward approach to parties. A now quintessential youth nightlife event, Ebumnandini has established itself as a tastemaker of South African culture and a true reflection of the rapidly changing landscape of contemporary event culture.
